Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The laundry service app failed to recognize my international phone number, and the staff was unwilling to help me resolve it. Additionally, the room was located far from the lift, causing unnecessary inconvenience during my stay.

I appreciated that my room was nice and clean and the hotel was just a few steps from civic center park, perfect for a leisurely morning walk before checking out the nearby denver art museum, which is less than a 15-minute stroll away, making it easy to explore the city on foot. however, it would be nice if the parking area was brighter and more conveniently connected to the hotel.

The location of this Sheraton is fantastic, just a short walk to the vibrant 16th Street Mall. I really appreciated the spacious gym, which has a great variety of equipment. The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quick to resolve an issue I had with the TV, showcasing their impressive customer service. On the downside, the Wi-Fi service was pretty unreliable, constantly disconnecting and making it difficult to stay connected. The pool area was also a letdown. it didn't receive much sunlight due to the tall surrounding buildings, and there weren't enough lounge chairs. The elevator situation created some long waits at times, especially being on the top floor. These details could definitely use improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Amazing staff. They really go above and beyond, like the front desk that helped us out big time getting everything sorted out. Plus, the location was spot on, right by a lot of cool places to eat and hang out.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, for the service we got, it felt reasonable.

I absolutely loved the spaciousness of my Deluxe King Room! The views of the vibrant city skyline were stunning, especially at sunset. Every corner of the hotel felt welcoming with cozy fire pits and inviting outdoor spaces to sip your morning coffee!
